The Quince Orchard Swim Academy (QOSA) is managed by the Chinese Culture and Community Service Center (CCACC), a local non-profit serving Gaithersburg and surrounding Montgomery County, Maryland since 1982. CCACC is one of the largest grassroots non-profit organizations in the Washington Metropolitan area, comprising seven departments and over 30 clubs. With 2,000 active members, CCACC provides a wide range of community services, including adult healthcare, education, and home care for those in need of medical or transportation assistance. The organization also promotes Chinese language and culture through educational activities and art exhibitions at its CCACC art gallery.
